A customized menu using only the freshest ingredients is created for you. I take care of all the shopping, menu planning and cooking and you are left with enough evening meals for 2 weeks! I deliver the same quality as you expect when dining out at a lower cost!
I follow a gluten free diet myself so I am proud to say I specialize in wheat, gluten and dairy free diets and have experience in Weightwatchers, Bernstein, Sureslim, 3 hour & Zone diets.
Here is how it works...
After an in-home consultation to determine your food preferences and dietary needs, I create a customized menu for you to choose from. On the day of the service I bring all of my own equipment and take care of all the shopping, preparation and cooking. Two weeks of evening meals will be stored and labeled in your fridge and freezer for you to enjoy while leaving a spotless kitchen!
